blair Since joining Rob and Sher at Proactive I have lost in excess of 30 kilograms, spinning, moving weights and undertaking bootcamp weightloss challenge activities. I’ve learned and continue to learn how my body responds to changes to my diet and different types of exercise. Losing the extra weight and getting stronger has enabled me to develop a mostly healthy mountain biking obsession!
